It isn't just the fact that I have been working at Bangkok Bistro for almost a year now, but that I have become fascinated with the Thai cuisine. The food is prepped in their kitchen by usually three chefs on the stir fry. One in the deep fry, and one who preps all the dishes that need to be cooked. The ingredients are all natural. I won't say where the produce is purchased from, but I will say it is some of the freshest I have seen and tasted. There is a total of 8 staff during the weekends though. Not as many during the week. Two hosts, one carryout, and usually 5 servers, plus the help from the manager Nick. You will also see the owner at times who goes by Pat. He is a kind person who will greet everyone with a smile. I have read reviews expressing that some of the servers are rude, but obviously those people aren't a regular to the dinning room. Most servers are first name known, and are usually requested by our customers. I have read that our service can be slow, but if you see how busy business can get in the dinning rooms and with 5-6 servers, there's only so much they can do...but be assure your food will be at your table as soon as possible. Like I said there is only 3 stir frys going on. Now to the food. I can say I have tried almost all of our dishes, if not all. Each has its own taste, and spice. Our noodles are prepd so they may be the freshest down to the last one that slivers through your lips. Produce like I said is fantasic. Desserts are the icing on the meal. Our wine and beer list is fantastic as well. Food pricing is from 10-18 dollars. Expect to be spending in the double digits for a party of two. and three digits if you got a hungry pack. I do recommend you try our casual style restaurant, even if I didn't work their I would still recommend it. Enjoy and I hope this has helped people to expand their taste buds.
