Bambu if definately one of those restaurant you must visit while in the Charleston area. You're not going to find it to be touristy here as it is away from the main tourist traps around Charleston. The locals who can appreciate a good culinary experience will flock here. the decor is as nice as the quality of their dishes. There was so much I wanted to try but not enough room to put it. I guess I'll have to pay another visit!
