I just wanted to say that the post below is probably by regina. If she is the woman i am thinking of, then she's a witch. I think she is working at chile's now, because I'm pretty sure she brought me my food the other day, and she was fighting with our waitress. She won't be there much long either.

If Brian has fired Regina, we doubt we will return in the future. Regina was a wonderful employee and made the bagel shop what it was. She kept it spotless and was kind to all. I think the negative comments in Oct. happened while we were there in the resturant. The lady walked ahead of all the customers in line. She thought because she was a regular customer that she should have preferential treatment, but Regina told her that she would have to get in line, which made her very angry. The woman was the rude one, not Regina. We have never witnessed Regina being rude to anyone and we have been there every morning for a couple hours for the past two years, so we know how Regina treated the customers.

In the past I have loved Bagels & Brew and bring bagels in to work for my co-workers from time to time, and the bagels are quite delicious. I went in there this morning, and the lady behind the counter was extremely rude to me for no reason. I don't know her name, but she has a long brown pony-tail and does not wear a smile. Up until today I had talked this little bagel shop up to all of my co-workers at a very large company in downtown Winston-Salem. After my horrible experience this morning, I made sure that no one out of our 120 employees will ever go there again for the way that I was treated. The bagels are good. Unfortunately, the service was absolutely unacceptable. I am a good customer, and I work in customer service regularly so I know what is and is not acceptable. There was no need for this woman to act the way that she did towards me. I was the better person and did not say a word back to her, but hopefully this will get my point across. Bagels & Brew just lost a lot of business.

Bagels and spreads must be what you are known for because the chicken salad desperately lacks salt and a little pepper for spice wouldn't hurt either; I can do without no mayo, but salt I can't and the potatoes in the potato salad were hard and had no salt at all!

The Bagels are fantastic! It's worth driving a bit further to get them. Try to get there early.
