They are under the same management. Quality of food is superior to any take out places in the general vicinity. Not to mention, they are ultra fast with delivery! They've never hung up the phone on me. Snowbirds can be choosy, but the locals are devoted. :D

I'm a snowbird and we always enjoyed food from this take-out restaurant. but something changed recently and the food is now TERRIBLE. The service is now HORRIBLE. The last time we ordered the food was putrid and when we called to complain they hung up the phone.I will never go back and neither should anyone else.

My office gets lunch from them almost everyday. Aside from the variety Chinese, Sushi lunchbox, they even make Deli sandwich and burgers just for me. Their delivery service is always fast also.
