We ate at your restaurant located in boardman, ohio. I was a very poor enviroment and food. The cleanliness was terrible. The booths and tables were not kept clean. In the booth that we sat in there were grease and food stains on the windows between the booths and trash on the floor. We were served cold fries which I took back and asked for fresh fries and was given dirty looks. Nothing was kept clean. Also, there were flees flying throughout the eating area which I kept hitting to kill but more kept appearing. The girl waiting on us had no idea what she was doing with the register either. I was really upset for the l4 dollars I spent for myself and my daughter and then experiencing such filth and employees not trained to complete their jobs. If any of your other locations are this poor I suggest your training your employees to make your restaurants cleaner and sanitized. I love your food but not the dirty restaurant. I would appreciate some type of refund or free food coupons and some type of response to this complaint.
