We have dined at Anthonys quite often and will definitely go again, we love it!!!! We have taken family and friends and have recommended it to people looking for a friendly atmosphere as well as great quality food and good service. We do not have young children so I can not comment on that aspect of dining there, but know there is plenty of space for young ones to move around.

When we first got to the restaurant, we were dissapointed about the view. We thought that we would be able to sit next to the river and have a nice dinner. We did not reralize that the river is about 1/4 mile away across the parking lot. There wasnt many people there which is sometimes good, so we didnt care that out 2 year old was kinda noisy. The food was good, service was better than average. At the end of the meal we were waiting on the ice cream that came with the kids meal, only to find out about 10 minutes later that they were out of ice cream. He did give us another dessert for free, but she really wanted ice cream. Overall it was not a bad dinner.

The first clue should have been that no one was there on a Saturday night at 7 p.m. Don't order the chicken w/rice soup--like a cup of salt. Veal Parm was very salty. Salmon was like a piece of shoe leather--changed it to chicken, but did not adjust the bill. Very bad experience

I stopped in on a whim and I was very happy with the place. We were there on a Tuesday night, late our waiter Jeff was great He ran around the place to get our food out faster and to bring our drinks as soon as they were empty. the Martinis were made to perfection. The Shrimp was the best I have ever tasted and the bacon wrapped Scallops were so juicy and sweet.
The whole staff even came out and sang Happy Birthday to me. All the staff we came in contact with that night were polite and helpfull. I would recommend this place to everyone, The food is sooooooo good and I liked the service. I will be back.

Have been to Anthony's at least twice a month for the last year or so. It is a wonderful place to eat with great service, the food is wonderful and the specials are excellent. Beer specials are on daily on the board above the bar and the all you can eat crabs are the best I have had in a very long time. If you are going out with two people and a Restaurant.com or activediner.com certificate, $45 will feed you and leave tip. Ambience is excellent, I believe if Anthony's was in NYC, you would have to reserve a year in advance. I hope this establishment thrives.

I think the last poster had a bad day. We are relocating from Northern Va. and have found Anthony's to be a first rate place to go a least twice so far. Once with the kids for lunch, and once without. I find the staff to be attentive, the river view from upstairs a change of scenery, And the food to be memorable in a postitive way. I plan to enjoy the fact that they do weekend brunches once our move is complete. I would give it 5 stars overall.

Do not eat at this restaurant! The service is the worst ever! The bartender had to look in a book to see how to make my drink. He didn't even look old enough to mix a drink!
There were only 2 other tables filled during our time there and the waitress was awful! We waited 20 minutes just for a drink to come.Ater we complained to the manager on duty then they were all worried about how our food was.The food was okay but not as stated on the menu.
I realized they needed some addtional help and mentioned it to someone I knew. He applied for a job as a busboy there.BIG MISTAKE!
Obviously the owner Tina does not know how to treat people who work for her. SHe is highly insensitve and very rude to her employees.( Did I happen to mention the busboy was a 15 year old)?
She spoke to him like a second class citizen.
I would never recommend this place to anyone!

This restaurant is awsome, from their all you can eat crab legs for $19.99 to their diverse menu you can find something for everyone at the table. Everything is presented beautifully and the taste is exceptional. I have reccommend this restaurant to all my family and friends and have become a regular myself. If you haven't been there yet you are missing out!

This is a new type of Italian food. The taste is just like it should be but it is prepared in a wonderfully healthy way. Fresh everything. The Blueberry Martini was excellent as was the Eggplant Rolatini. In the warmer season, the upstairs deck looks like a fabulous place to be.
