I was excited to try this place since there isn't many quality Asian restaurants in Burlington. Especially when I saw they served Vietnamese PHO as well. The dinner started out strong as it had a nice decor and clean interior. We ordered the veggie roll as an appetizer and it was really good. However the rest of the meal was unfortunately sub par. The Ginger and Mushroom Tofu dish was bland to the point we needed to salt it with 2 rounds to make it more palatable. The PHO soup in the picture shown was unfortunately flat and even after adding some Hoisin sauce and the red chili paste it was below average in flavor. One redeeming fact is that their ingredients are fresh so they do have good quality food as a basis. However either the chef doesn't cook well or they are taking short cuts in developing flavor in their dishes. I don't plan on going back.
