Asheboro Restaurant Guide

My family and I went to the Zoo in Asheboro on May 24, 2012. After we left we were looking for a place to eat. We saw America's Roadhouse and stopped for a bite to eat. All we can say is WOW, this place is outstanding for everything, Service, Quality of food, good prices and ambience . The owner talked with us and didnt let know he was the owner which was great that shows he really cares about the customers and was just very helpful on explaining the menu and the staff was very friendly. Hope to go there again and again. Thank You

My husband and I eat at this restaurant approximately 1 time per week. We have always been greeted promptly by the hostess taking seating preferences. The wait staff have always been pleasant, helpful, and efficient. The specials are great w/ large portions. Our food normally arrives very timely. We have NEVER had a bad dining experience at this restaurant!

I recently visited Americas Roadhouse with my husband for dinner, although the place was almost empty, it was several minutes before a grouchy hostess seated us. After about ten minutes of waiting, Tina, our waitress greeted us with a very angry tone and food covering her face. We were served the wrong beverages, which were taken back to the kitchen, however, never replaced. The waitress did not have her hair pulled back, {which noone on the staff did} had filthy hands and very foul breath. Our dinner was served after only about three minutes, which really made me wonder how long it had been sitting there concidering I had a well done steak. My husband was served a raw peice of chicken and a baked potato loaded with cheese, bacon, and blonde hair which matched our waitress! After sending his food back and waiting another twenty minutes, he was served the same baked potato with the hair still in it! At this point we decided to leave and although neither meal was touched, we were charged full price and had the manager snap at us upon leaving by saying that he should have just pulled out the hair and ate it!!! This was by far the most horrible dining experience either of us have ever had!!!
