IL Bellagio's menu features a variety of excellent homemade pasta selections including Agnoletto Del Magnified (rounded pasta with ricotta and spinach): Linguini Nettuno (linguini served in an array of fresh seafood and tomato); and Tortellini Aurora (tortellini filled with veal and served with a pink cream sauce). An exposed brick wood-burning oven delivers the restaurant's heavenly pizzas and freshly baked breads. The menu also features Salmon or Tuna Carpaccio and Filet Mignon Carpaccio, available in a variety of preparations. Entrees include seafood, meat and poultry selections including Veal Scaloppini Limone and Tagliata di Manzo grilled butterflied sirloin steak.
