My husband and I tried Mulligan's for the first time the other night... I was a little skeptical because of reviews I had read, but my husband insisted we went. I LOVED IT!!! It was such a beautiful restaurant and the food was amazing. My husband ordered prime rib (which reminded me of something from the flinestones when it came out!) I tried it and delicious! I ordered their scrod, very very good. It was cooked to perfection. We will definitely be going back there!

Last weekend, a couple of girlfriends and myself had a day out together-- which doesn't happen often! We decided on lunch at Mulligan's Pub. Boy am I glad we did! We definitely had a very pleasurable experience. We shared an appetizer that had a little bit of everything, we found ourselves fighting over the huge onion rings and mushrooms. Very yummy! I had a turkey rueben, and it was recommended to me to try it cajun (I like spice). DELICIOUS!!! The service was great, made us feel very welcome and even though they appeared busy, she made us feel like her only table. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

The inside is nice, but the food took forever to get out to us and then the owner was very rude, I will never go back there.

on new years eve we decided to have dinner with freinds, we arived at 6:15 and were seated at 6:45, we didnt think this to be a bad wait but we didnt eat until 9:00!!!! we had 4 children with us! Our waitress kept saying your food will be right out and she didnt know what was taking so long. we finally asked for the manager who came over and appologized (not very confincing i must add) and told us our drinks and desserts would be free. we thought of leaving but to go to another resturaunt and wait again did not go over well with anyone in our party. when we finally go our food it was horrible, my husbands fish was not cooked. my steak was cold one word..BLAH!!!!!never agian will i ever return!!!!! bad service & unfreindly manager!!!!!! we should have not been charged a cent!!!

This resturant is in one word "decent". Nothing special about the food or service. The only thing I noticed was how dirty the kitchen looked when i accidently walking in looking for the restroom

Food was good, I can't say that it was amazing, but good. The craziest thing was there custom frosted goblet. It's probably about 5lb mug that makes you feel like a viking when you are drinking from it.

Mulligan's is a very detailed restaurant. The carved wood and fireplaces are so beatiful to look at. The wing back chairs in the library are so comfortable I could fall asleep. I really enjoy dining with my family at Mulligan's Pub.

My husband and I absolutely love this restaurant. We take all of our friends there. The food is always good, friendly service and great experience. We go several times a month, before our son it was several times a week. We highly recommend Mulligans!!

Good food, decent service -- a bit slow, but I'd call it leisurely. A wonderful place to go if you have a mixed group of vegetarians and carnivores. We always look forward to visiting Mulligan's.

Years ago my husband and I were regulars at Mulligan's Pub. We were there so much, we got to know the waitresses very well and were always amazed to see the same workers time after time. As soon as Mulligan's "grew" you didn't seem to get the personal service anymore. This past Sunday, my husband and I, who are not exactly young, decided to go to Mulligans after not eating there for over a year. We were quite surprised to be turned away, even though the restaurant was not busy, because my husband was wearing a sleeveless T-shirt. I guess I kind of had to laugh, because we never thought of Mulligan's as being a dressy-type restaurant, plus I have always thought of us as very conservative people, plus our clothes were clean, not torn and even ironed! I must admit on entering the place, I did not see a dress code sign and leaving in a hurry, I did not look for a sign, but because of this situation, we will never go back. I am curious to know what the other dress code rules are now. I do think more restaurants should probably have more codes this day and age, but cut a little slack for a first time offender, if that is possible.

Never again!! We gave Mulligan's another try after a horrible meal about two months ago when my steak was burnt and medium rare when asked for medium well. Had them recook it to have it burnt even more. All I tasted was burnt. Never ate it. Got dinner taken off bill. Tried restaurant on Mother's day to my dismay once again. Waited 30 mins to have order taken. Dinner finally arrived another 30 mins later and waitress forgot to put our appetizer in. She seemed to be nowhere to be found. Steak was warm but cooked right and the awesome huge onion ring was missing from garnish. Waitress NEVER returned to see how our dinners were so I could tell her about my dinner, 30 mins later we had to find her to give us our bill. Told her how disappointed I was about my dinner and her not checking on us. Didn't seem to care. Spoke with manager about experience but didn't seem to care either!!!! Place seems to be going down hill with employees that just don't care.

To all those that visit Mulligans be sure to try out the pork chops they are yummmmmy. Its a great deal as well - you get two 10oz chops for right around 15 dollars. Mulligans also has pretty good steaks. I've had good service all the times i've been there.

Mulligans have the best desserts in town. The Pies and Cakes are homemade and delicious. The baker is awesome. Pies are out of this world. Desserts alone are worth the trip!
Compliments to the Baker!

Our party of 4 adults dined at Mulligan's on 4-16-05, and had a very good meal. We all thought the food was excellent, and the price was great! We will be going there again. We had reservations, no wait, and the room was lovely (except for some unruly kids a few tables over). Anything we needed was immediately attended to. Thank you, Mulligan's, for a wonderful evening!

John was our server, and although nice obviously overworked. When he got one of our orders wrong, he didn't apologize. By the time they corrected the order, the rest of us had nearly finished eating.
I ordered the Corned Beef and Cabbage. The cabbage was soggy, and the corned beef was inedibly fatty, rough, and cold. When I told John this he replied with a, "Oh." Again, no apology or amends.
The other guests at our table thought the food was acceptable, but not stellar. One of the only times I've paid $35+ for a meal I was not at all happy with.

Service was HORRIBLE at this place!! It seemed all we did was WAIT.... and WAIT... and WAIT.... for everything from a table to getting the bill.

I recently went to Mulligan's with my sister, her husband, and my husband. It was one of the worst meals and experiences I've had at a restaurant in a long time. Firstly, they don't make the non-smoking section available to people who don't have reservations, so we had to sit in the smoking section. We had to wait 35 minutes just to place our order. Once we finally did place our order, it took another 50 minutes until it came out. By then, it was cold, soggy, and incredibly unappetizing. My salad had huge chunks of the lettuce core and lots of wilted/rusted leaves. I only received half of what I ordered. Every order at our table was either wrong or just downright awful. When we told the manager, he really didn't seem to care much. We will NEVER return to Mulligan's, and I'd suggest that you stay far from it, too.

Great food, and drinks!

Fantastic steaks and deep fried mushrooms. The mushrooms are extra large being about 3" in diameter. Prices are about $3 or $4 per meal cheaper than any other place around. We visit my brother and his wife once a month, and we always try somewhere else to eat. Now Mulligans is our favorite eating place. ***** all the way

The best steak in town. Get it with the cajun spices. Gets really busy between 6-9pm. Also one of the few places in town that's open for food until 2am.
