I have eaten at carter brother bbq on several occasions. not because it is the only bbq establishment around, but because it is the "Best bbq establishment around" not only is the food excellent but the service is warm and very friendly. and when it come to being clean, it is ranked very high in my opinion. thank you carter brothers for the fine food and great employees that you have. I look forward to eating with you on many many more occasions.
I do not eat pork, however you beef ribs and bbq really has made their mark on me.

My first time there and found Carter Brothers to be a great BBQ place. I had the ribeye sandwich which was very good but could just use a tad more seasoning in the meat. The coleslaw was excellent! I would definitely go back and try again. Best of all they have Jesus Is Lord in their company t-shirt!
