Restaurant owner Brett Rosselli holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University's Hotel and Restaurant School in Ithaca, New York. Since then he has worked for the Hilton, Hyatt and Ritz Carlton Corporations in Hawaii. He was also General Manager and partner for three years at David Paul's Lahaina Grill in Maui, considered Maui's best restaurant and one of the top 50 restaurants in the United States. In 1998, Rosselli opened Viaggio Italian Cuisine in Reno and since has opened and solely owned two restaurants in Las Vegas and one in Lake Oswego, Oregon.

We really enjoy eating breakfast at Truckee Rive Bar and Grill. Is usually our first choice.
